Lamps with glas pipes
For so long I wanted to make a lamp shade where I could put fresh flowers in, and now I have finally figured out the design. The glas pipes are attached with a twisted brass wire to a special designed base. The glas pipes can be taken out and are heat resistance, so you can wash them in a dishwasher. Send me and email if you are interested and I will tell you more about the differant sizes and shapes:)
Botanical installation in the park of Torups Castle

SCULPTURES & INSTALLATIONS
BOTANICAL INSTALLATION IN THE PARK OF TORUPS´CASTLE (2021-present)
This project began from a wish to use the cut down branches from the hundred year old oak hedge that grew around the castle. Together with the nature surrounding Torup Castle, this work move with the circular rhythm of life. The wavy swirl of the installation embraces the sentiment that there are no beginnings and no endings. Only flow.
JENNY LIND 200 YEARS - AN EXHIBITON AT TORUP´S CASTLE (October 2020)
I got the opportunity to create 12 botanical pieces for the first exhibition at Torup´s castle, when they celebrated jenny Lind 200 years. All the creations was made with dry botanical materials, or materials that would dry nice and last for all the weeks that the exhibition was open.
“DNA DANCE” - BOTANICAL SCULPTURES AT NORRVIKEN TRÄDGÅRDAR (SUMMER 2019)
"CONNECTION" – BOTANICAL INSTALLATION AT NORRVIKENS TRÄDGÅRDAR. (2018-present)
Working in harmony with the scenic gardens at Norrviken, I have created a series of botanical installations for all visitors during the summer. Aptly titled "Connection", the installation highlights our bond to nature, the intertwining of life and death, and the interconnectedness of the past, present and future.
BOTANICAL LAMPS – INSTALLATION AT SLAGTHUSET, MALMÖ (2018)
I’ve had the honour of having my botanical lamps as a permanent installation at Slagthuset, a fine dining restaurant that opened its doors to the public in October 2018 in Malmö. The 6 lamps, with sizes ranging from 1 m to 2 m in diameter, take centre stage in the restaurant, creating a unique ambience.
“MALMÖ SHARE - THE MONEY CAN PROJECT” - INSTALLATION (2014)
In collaboration with Buddhamag this project and social experiment was created to help people of Malmö share a little. We put up 8 installation pieces around different spots in Malmö. Each botanical installation contained a prominently displayed can, along with an instructional note, which everyone in Malmö could choose to leave money in, or to take money out. Read the full article on buddhamag.org here.
LAND ART
Fredericia, Denmark 2021
Working together with Flor Lysgaard.
Interpreting ‘biodiversity’ we decided to work against the theme by showing human illusion of separateness and our violence towards our home, co-inhabitants and ourselves. Using old pine trees grown in monoculture and killed by ritual, we spiked them up with thorns, branches, invasive seeds and a deserted birds nest. We carved out trails of emptiness behind them, leaving habitats barren and lifeless, also reminiscing agriculture in shape and violence in the name of monoculture, climate disaster and 6th mass extinction.
San Remo, Italy 2018
Work created together with Erik Svang on the beach of San Remo. All materials were found on the beach.
Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Canada 2016
Works created together with Erik Svang at a park in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. All the materials were brought there for all the teams to work with.
Grindelwald, Switzerland 2015
Work created together with Erik Svang in the valley of Grindelwald.
Grindelwald, Switzerland 2014
This more then 10 meters long all botanical work I created together with Erik Svang in the valley of Grindelwald. Working on top of a faller tree (that was still alive), the work was abruptly cut of by the roadto leave a thought of howwe actually treat nature to please ourselves.
WE ARE NATURE
To see a new tree sprout from a seed is seeing the power of all life dance before our very eyes. To witness a flower bloom is watching the earth’s orchestra perform its cosmic concert. To be given the responsibility to take care of a plant, is to be entrusted with the gift of life. And to know that a plant continues to give even after its death, is to catch a glimpse of eternity.
I wish to share with you the beauty of Nature, and how it can breathe life into your home. Through this, may we all grow to see Nature in a different light. And through this, may we all be reminded to celebrate its limitless art forms, respect its infinite might, and maintain its delicate balance. And then maybe we’ll start to understand that we aren’t just part of the natural world, but indeed, we are Nature.
